Historical Gemological Society

It was registered on November, 30, 1994. President Semyonov Vladislav Borisovich.
The work is being conducted by a creative workers body made a well-known set of books «Ural Gems» (Sverdlovsk, 1976—1986).
«Lithica» Society aim is to carry out a new publication program of issuing series of books on subject matter devoted to the history of stone.
«Lithica» is seeking cooperation with Russian and foreign scientist, collectors, stone connoisseurs and those who appreciate it; the society is interested in establishing business and scientific contacts for the project implementation, its investment, orders for society publishing materials.
Leading museums, archives, libraries, Russia Higher Mining School, «Koltsovo airport», Inform-Press Publishing Group are the society partners.
